PROUD WEST COAST DISTRIBUTORS of the new Warehouse Hobbies Classic Thunder Boat and components.
Place your orders now and be the first on the coast to have this beautifully crafted and fast boat.

Designed for all out competition our CTB-1 features the hull based on our record setting Stingray Hydro hull. The CTB-1 has been modeled under IMPBA and NAMBA rules to be competition legal under these sanctioned race events. We loosely based this design on the full size Valu-mart and Schweppes hydros raced in the 60s featuring a french-cut nose. We are sure you will not only dominate the racing field with sheer performance, but with authentic scale appearence also. Many accessories are available to make your CTB-1 look like its full size counterpart. This first boat in our Classic Thunderboat series will include one of two rear wings of your choice.

Note:
Due to the high demand of this model, as of 4/28/08 we are roughly 3-4 weeks behind and urge you to put orders in promptly so you can have your own CBT-1 for this season. At this time the hull only is available. Ready to Run CTB-1 production should start in early June. If you are using this oat for competition purposes, the rules are clear as follows:
 Classic Thunderboat Rules

Engine choice must be Zenoah G260PUM as purchased out-of-box with the only modification permitted, a WT257 Carb. We will offer two legal race engines, with or without clutch. Tuned pipe with silencer is also mandatory for competition use. All race legal engines will be identified with a CTBRL product number. For those who want to build a custom Classic Thunderboat where the sky is the limit, we recommend our popular M5 engine that will push this boat upwards of 60MPH.

A couple of months ago we received a phone call from one of our dealers in Washington state named Gary Rose. Gary purchases Enforcer boats and products for his son and Two hobby shops  www.hobbyoutlets.com. Gary owns and operates our Stingray hydro and is thrilled by the performance of  that model. He called to make Tony aware of a new class of competition gas boats called Classic Thunderboats and how he thought the Stingray hull could be easily modified to resemble a few of the original full size classic hydro's of the day. He sent Tony many pictures showing the growth of the class and the beautiful boats that the competitors are building and running.
