This is the electric powered, radio controlled, Team Associated Factory Team RC18B Buggy kit.

The Factory Team 18B upgrades include Blue Aluminum Dogbones and Threaded Shocks, Titanium Turnbuckles, Blue Aluminum Heatsink Motor Mount and M3 Locknuts, Blue Graphite Battery Strap and Carbide Steel Diff Balls.
